I learned a lot about structuring content and the exercises are easy to use. Charlotte is calm and creates a safe environment where everybody wants to share. She can pin point the right pain/working points of every individual. The workshop is usefull, both for my worklife and my personal life. I realised that there is not much difference between a conversation and a presentation. It was a very useful insight.
